WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. This time period applies to the time in which a return must be requested. If you fail to contact us within this time period unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

On Fridays, our team works half days. Any Inquires made after 1:00 PM PST will be tended to the following Monday.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?
All items need to be received into our returns center. We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorized. Please do not return any items before requesting a Returns Authorization (RA) Number.
WHAT IS REFUND PROCEDURE?
If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, and identified as in original condition, then your refund will be processed. Please care for garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any deodorant or makeup stains, perfume or foul odors. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
Once your refund has passed our inspection you will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges will not be included in your refund.
The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 2-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. You will first receive a refund notification once our team has processed your refund.
Your bank will have additional refund processing posted times and will vary depending on your financial institution. We advise contacting your bank if you are still experiencing a delay on your posted refund if you have received a refund notification from us.
PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only. Please contact your bank first for further information before escalating to our team. If you have not received a refund notification within 5 business days, then please contact us at info@annalder.com
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
DEFECTS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a defect item, please contact us within 48hrs upon receiving your delivery notification. send us an email at info@annalder.com
